Yes, it can be cancelled if the payment has not yet been processed by the company.
🔄 How to cancel a withdrawal request
1️⃣ Go to the “Payment history” section in your profile.
2️⃣ Find the withdrawal request you want to cancel.
3️⃣ Click the “Cancel withdrawal” option in the note field next to it. After cancellation, the amount will be instantly returned to your gaming account.
👑 Cases when cancellation is not possible
If the “Cancel withdrawal” button is not visible, it means that the request:
has already been processed;
or has been sent to the payment system.
In this case, unfortunately, the withdrawal request cannot be cancelled.
