Why do I see the “An error has occurred” message when depositing with a card?

If you see an error message while topping up your gaming account with a bank card, there may be several reasons for this.

Possible reasons

  • Your card has limits for online payments;

  • The verification code from the bank (3D Secure / SMS) was entered incorrectly;

  • Incorrect card details were entered:

    • Card number;

    • Expiry date;

    • Cardholder’s first and last name;

    • CVC/CVV code;

  • The card is issued in a different currency and currency conversion is not enabled;

  • The card was issued by a bank in a country where gambling-related transactions are prohibited
    (for example, Sweden).

  • Check that all entered details are correct;

  • Make sure online payments are enabled on your card;

  • If necessary, contact your card-issuing bank.
