Updated over a week ago

Checklist PDF Layouts allows users to create a specific layout for when they export checklists to PDF.

To access this page click the ‘Settings' tab, click ‘PDF Layouts' and select 'Checklist PDF Layouts'

To start a new Checklist PDF Layout click the green ‘Add Layout’ button on the right side of the page.

Start by naming the layout and adding a title to it:

Below this is a section with a variety of checkboxes for users to choose in order to customize their layout:

  • Header Settings: Dictate what will appear on your PDFs header.

  • Contact Details: Determine which type of contact details will appear on the PDF

  • PDF Settings: Allow the user to choose various elements which will appear on the PDF. These could include photos, charts, as well as the ability to hide certain elements on the PDF.

The Groups, Questions and Answer Labels settings at the bottom of the page allow the user to either follow the specific checklist template settings, or to allow their PDF layout to override this.

Click the green save button in the bottom right of the screen to save your Checklist PDF Layout.

Your layout will now be available to use on the main page on Checklist PDF Layouts.
