Integrations with other Software Providers

Find information about our Integrations with Childcare Management System or CRM.

We currently have Integrations available with 8 Partners. The Integration means we can pull data from the other Software Providers into your 1Place system. We currently have 7 Integrations available with Childcare Management System Providers, and 1 Integration available with the Customer Relation System.

If your Provider is not listed below, please reach out to your dedicated Client Services Manager at 1Place to explore other options.

There is a standard one-off administration charge of $140 for this service. You can either purchase them via the subscription page or talk to your dedicated Client Services Manager at 1Place.

The integration can pull in data for Children and Centers (Services). Whenever you create a new child, or update an existing child, these details will be updated in 1Place when the synchronisation runs. The same will happen with the centers.

You will have to request API Credentials from your CMS /CRM providers.

How to request API Credentials

Kidsoft

What data can you pull: Children, Service

To request your API Credentials:

  1. In your email, please request that you require API credentials to connect Kidsoft with 1Place and attach completed KidSoft API Terms of Use document.

  2. Once we receive your credentials your Client Services Manager will reach out to complete the field mapping.

Kangaroo Time

What data can you pull: Children, Service

To request your API Credentials:

  1. Send an email to help@kangarootime.com, and add integrations@1placeonline.com on CC.

  2. In your email, please request that you require API credentials to connect KangarooTime with 1Place.

  3. Once we receive your credentials your Client Services Manager will reach out to complete the field mapping.

Xplor

What data can you pull: Children, Staff, Service

To request your API Credentials:

  1. Make sure your API Plan is Unlimited (Enterprise APIs). If you're unsure, reach out to your dedicated account manager at Xplor to find out.

  2. Reach out to your dedicated account manager at Xplor and add integrations@1placeonline.com on CC. Request your API credentials to connect Xplor with 1Place.

  3. Once we receive your credentials your Client Services Manager will reach out to complete the field mapping.

Xap

What data can you pull: Children, Service

Civica

Infocare

What data can you pull: Children, Staff, Centre

  2. Once we receive your credentials your Customer Services Manager will reach out to complete the field mapping.

LineLeader

What data can you pull: Children, Staff, Center

HubSpot

What data can you pull: Franchisees/Accounts, Sites/Contacts

To request your API Credentials:

  1. Reach out to your dedicated account manager at HubSpot and add integrations@1placeonline.com on CC. Request your API credentials to connect HubSpot with 1Place.

  2. Once we receive your credentials your Client Services Manager will reach out to complete the field mapping.

Using the Data

The most common use for the data we receive via these Integrations is for Incident forms and some applicable checklists (e.g. Medication Form, Child Behavior Report, Child Quiz). When you select the Room or Center where you're filing incident reports or checklists, you simply type in the name of the child/person and the App will show the selected person's details (what details to show can be configured in the Admin portal) such as gender, date of birth, guardian information, etc.

You have an option to send the incident form to the imported guardian's email address to share as a PDF, or to send a link for them to sign off on their own device too.
