We currently have 3 Integrations available with Childcare CMS Providers. If your Provider is not listed below, then please reach out to your Customer Services Manager to discuss.
New Zealand
Infocare; This integration can pull in data for Children, Staff and Centres. Whenever you create a new child, or update an existing child, these details will be updated in 1Place when the synchronisation runs. The same will happen with Staff and Centres. Each child or staff member will automatically be linked to all 'Rooms' within the Centre.
To request your API Credentials:

In your email, please make it clear that you are requesting your API credentials to connect Infocare with 1Place.
Once we receive your credentials your Customer Services Manager will reach out to complete the field mapping.

Using the Data
The most common use for the data we receive via these Integrations is for Incident Reporting. When an Incident happens and you select the 'Room' where the Incident happened, you simply start typing the name of the person and the App will show you the available options. The form then gets pre-populated with details like 'gender' and 'date of birth'. We also receive parent / caregiver contact details, an their email addresses can be used for sharing the completed Incident Form (email with PDF attached), or sharing a link so parents / caregivers can sign off on their own device.
