You can now create a more personal email Template which gets used when you share an Incident PDF / Link with parents / caregivers.
Via 'Settings > Email Templates > + New Email Template' you can create a new Template for each Incident Type.
Start by entering a name for your Email Template, and then selecting which Incident Type(s) the Template should be applied for. This means you can create a different Email Template for Incidents vs Illnesses.
The 'Subject' and 'Body' is where you can customize the content of your email. The system can dynamically populate some of the content by using the 'Place Holders' which are listed on the right. The system will check for the current Incident, what the correct values are, and merge these into the Email. It's quite common to remove the '{{Incident Number}}' as this number might get high quite quickly (specially if you have multiple Centres / Centers / Services).
At the bottom of the page you'll find a checkbox that allows you to attach your logo to the bottom of the email. You won't see the logo here (or anywhere else when you send the email), but the system will add it when sending the email.
Incident Email Configuration
If you need to configure your Incident Emails, you can do so by navigating to Settings > Email Settings > Email Configuration. This is where you can manage how and when incident-related emails are sent.
If you would like to use your own email address as 'FROM' / 'REPLY TO', please reach out to us via chat or your Customer Services Manager as some configuration in the mail server is required.
