Home Page: we're very excited to introduce you to our new Home Page. On this page each User will see relevant information for all Checklists, Tickets and Incidents their login gives access to.

You can decide for each Profile which page should be used as the Landing Page for the linked Users. This can be the new Home Page, any of our existing Dashboards, or the Checklist T0-Do-List.

Profile Permission to Email Incidents: we've added a new Profile Permission that will hide the option for the User to email Incident Reports (to parents / caregivers). This way you can ensure all required fields have been completed, before sending a PDF copy or link (URL) to the parent to sign remotely.

We now have the ability to hide this option.

Checklist Exceptions: we've fixed a bug where the system wouldn't allow you to delete an existing Exception.

Report Logos: When you're adding a new logo to your 'Franchisees' (Centre / Center / Service etc) or 'Sites' (Rooms) this will now be used for all PDF document you download (for Checklists / Incidents / Tickets).

Checklist Reminders: The email for Checklists that are due was also showing Inactive Templates. These have now been removed.

Checklist Pages: all pages under the Checklist (Manager) menu are currently being updated to a new look and feel. You can already explore our new Checklist Builder by clicking here (please note: you have to be logged in to the system already in a different tab for the link to work).
