We have live referees for each match that are trained in each game. Live referees go through the following process for each match.
Pre-Match Check
All players join a live video call with us where we confirm identity, review their equipment, review the in-game rules, and answer any questions.
Players are required to reconfirm all of this information during any disconnections.
During-Match Checks
During the match our live referees will watch each match closely in real-time and look for suspicious activity.
Post-Match Checks
After each match, the live referee will re-watch the VOD.
