The schedule is created by an automated algorithm
The schedule is generated every Friday by 5 PM EST
Once the schedule is finalized it is posted in our Discord in📣announcements
How many matches does 1v1Me have to fill each week?
195 matches
What factors does the algorithm take into consideration?
What league you play in - leagues that are more popular on 1v1Me get more matches
How good you are - better players get more matches
How free you are - when you fill out more slots you will have a higher likelihood of matchups
How reliable you are - no lates, no cancels, no behavior strikes, etc
How can I get more matches?
Be a top player in your league - the top 30% of partners receive a boost to the algorithm
Fill out a lot of time slots - our recommendation is at least 70% of the schedule
Be as reliable as possible - try your best to not have any strikes
I didn't get any matches or as many matches as I usually do. Why not?
This problem isn't so straight forward. It is a combination of factors listed above as well as the fact that there are more leagues and more players now.
I didn't get any matches this week. Is it possible I can still get a match?
Yes, as people cancel matches throughout the week and we need to replace them we will reach out to you to play instead.
You do not need to contact us. We already are prioritizing you accordingly

I forgot to submit my schedule. What do I do?
Message us in the app by:
Navigating to your profile (top left corner of Home tab)
Select Get Help
Select Send us a message
YOU WILL ONLY PLAY AGAINST PEOPLE FREE AT THE SAME TIME AS YOU AND IN THE SAME SKILL LEVEL AS YOU. JUST BECAUSE YOU FILL OUT A TIME SLOT DOES NOT MEAN SOMEONE ELSE IN YOUR SKILL LEVEL AND LEAGUE IS ALSO FREE AT THAT SAME TIME
