Sync with HRIS - HiBob

Integrating Hibob to Snappy Store dashboard will allow you to automatically sync selected groups of people from your company to Snappy Store.

People added or removed from HiBob will be automatically added and removed from your Snappy Store store as well on a daily basis.

Follow the steps below, to setup your integration.

1. In order to sync the systems, please access your Hibob, and go to the Settings > Integrations screen

2. Select the "Service users" automation.

3. And then click on the "New service user" button

4. Name your new service "Snappy Store" and click "Next".

5. From the "Service User info" screen, copy the ID.

6. Access your Snappy Store dashboard, in a new tab, and go to the "People & Budget" screen.

7. Select the "Upload people" button, and then "Sync HIRS" option.

8. Select the "HiBob" integration.

9. Paste the ID and then the User Token from your HiBob Service User Info screen. There is no need to enter any information in the two additional fields (Hibob API key, and Report ID).

10. Before your click on "Integrate", lets switch quickly back to your Hibob system to finish the setup.

11. On your Hibob system, go to the Account > Permission groups screen, under your settings.

12. Select the "Add permission group" button.

13. You can name the new group "Snappy Store", and hit the "Select people" button.

14. Remove the available condition, by clicking on the trash bin icon (appears when hovering to the right of the condition).

15. Click on "Add specific Employees", and select the added Snappy Store service user. Click "Apply" and then "Apply" again in order to save the settings.

16. Click "Create" in order to create the new group.

17. Under the new groups settings, move to the "People's Data" tab.

18. Click on the "Edit" button, and now you can set the rules that will define the people group that is synced with Snappy Store.

19. Feel free to add any required condition according to the data available in your HiBob system.

20. In order to support a birthday sync with Snappy Store, please go to People > Personal, and then check the "View Selected employee's personal sections" box.

21. Click "Save" and then "Apply" in order to save the created group.

22. You can now switch back to Snappy Store dashboard, and click on "Integrate", once this is done, the system will start pulling the people from the created group in your HiBob system.

23. When the initial sync is completed, you will see your employees in Snappy Store dashboard. They will now continually sync on a daily basis.
