Resend Your Gifts After Failed Send

How to relaunch your gifts after the initial failed attempt

After your budget is updated, you will need to head back into your campaign settings and re-trigger the gift send.


Scheduled Campaign ⏰

  1. Navigate to the Campaigns tab

  2. Hover over your campaign → select the 3 dots button → Edit

  3. Skip to the Summary step (last step) → Adjust the time to "Send now"

  4. Select "Save Changes and Send Now"


Automated Campaign (Anniversary, Birthday, New Hire) 🎉

To view your missed gifts, we suggest comparing your Gift Activity tab with your Projections tab. Both reports can be downloaded separately for review.

Once you determine your missed recipients, please follow the steps below on how to send the retroactive gifts.

  1. Navigate to the Campaigns tab

  2. Hover over your campaign → select the blue "Send More" button

  3. Adjust your budget if needed

  4. Skip to the Recipients step and add your recipient(s)

  5. On the last step, select "Send Gifts"
