A gift collection is a curated set of options organized by theme, occasion, or category. This ensures recipients receive something they actually want while giving you consistency and control over your budget.

  2. Browse Themes: The available collections will update based on your parameters.

  3. Select Your Collection: Choose the theme that best fits your sentiment (e.g., "Thank You" or "New Hire").

  4. Continue to Campaign: Once selected, click Continue with this collection to begin personalizing your send.


Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

  • Can I customize or combine collections?

    • While you can't combine two existing collections, you can build your own from scratch! Use our Build-Your-Own-Collection (BYOC) feature (available for Elevated and Enterprise plans) to hand-pick every item.

  • Can I customize the budget?

    • Yes. You can use our standard budget tiers or select the dropdown to input a custom range (Minimum $25).

  • Can I select multiple collections in one campaign?

    • To keep the experience simple and focused, each campaign is limited to one specific collection.
