To generate a handover report, a log must be added to the planned operation in the planner. You can check the log column to see its status.
A pen icon indicates that a log has been added and will be included in the handover report.
A ‘+’ icon indicates that no log has been added, and the operation will not be included in the report.
Once you have added the logs to the operation, click on Create handover report (.pdf)
The handover report is divided into three parts:
Details page: Includes plan information such as title, campaign name, plan status, checker and approver names, and printed time.
Operation details: Each operation with a log is shown on a separate page, including operation information and ‘As Observed’ and ‘As Left’ images, if they have been uploaded.
Signature page: Sign-off page.
