Purpose: In the "Active Loads" section of the portal, carriers are able to manage their loads and make sure everything is up to date.
Once a rate con for a load is signed, that load will appear in the “Active Loads” section of the portal. If a driver has not already been assigned you will need to complete that here. Once you have a driver assigned you have more options when the load is selected.
You can unassign a driver from the load if need be.
To change the order in which loads will appear on the 5F OTR app, you can utilize “Update Driver Schedule”.
Dropping the load means to cancel it.
If you have one driver that out-gates containers and another driver that takes the containers to get loaded and in-gated you can “Mark Load As “At Yard”.
