For Drayage carriers, you may see a "5F Fee" deduction on your loads when you're looking at your settlements.

5F has an agreement with OLAM that there will be no take rates on their loads.
If you run OLAM loads primarily you may not ever see the 5F Fee on your loads.

We do not have such an agreement with our other customers/shippers so if you do see this amount on your load, this is the take rate that we charge on the load for Next Day Pay.

If you select Net 30 terms, you will not be charged a take rate in any situation, although this is subject to change without notice in the future.

If you use a Factoring Company there will be no take rate of any kind.
However if you remove a Factor you will need to decide between Next Day Pay and Net 30.
