You can monitor your payment status through 2 main portals: the Carrier Portal and the 5F OTR App.

You can check how much you've been paid for a load and the payment status by clicking the dashboard tab and then navigating to the Revenue Report.

Here's three different ways you can check the status of your payments:
Hitches Section
Here, you can view the shifts your drivers have booked.
Completed Loads Section
You can check the payment status of each individual load in Completed Loads section.
After approving a load for invoicing, its payment status updates to "awaiting 5F QA review," indicating that your documents are under verification. It then moves to "Awaiting 5F Billing Review" as our billing team checks the accuracy of the rates and other accessorial charges.
Settlement Section
On settlements page, you can check how much you get paid each day, including a detailed breakdown of rates per line item per load and daily credits, which include your DAB and TONU. On the page, you will also see deductions, which are our fees for running and maintaining the 5F Platform.
