When trying to pickup a loaded trailer that is not ready, you can click "Problem finding a trailer" and choose "no loaded trailers" to then pick how long do you have to wait.

If someone at the facility tells you that the load will be ready in less than 2 hours, please wait until the trailer gets loaded.

If you have to wait for more than 2 hours, on the currents page select "Have an issue with this load?" > Did you deliver this load? "no" > What went wrong with this load? "Issue With Pickup" > "Trailer not loaded" > "2 hours or more" > fill in the details and a TONU will be issued.

When you can't get to a trailer (for example, if the facility is closed or the trailer is at a dock), you can click on "Problem finding a trailer" and choose "Trailer is not accessible" to get connected with our dispatch team.
