When trying to pickup a loaded trailer that is not ready, you can click "Problem finding a trailer" and choose "no loaded trailers" to then pick how long do you have to wait.

If someone at the facility tells you that the load will be ready in less than 2 hours, please wait until the trailer gets loaded.

If you have to wait for more than 2 hours, please mark it on the app and our dispatch team will get in contact with you to either give you a new trailer or issue a TONU.

When you can't get to a trailer (for example, if the facility is closed or the trailer is at a dock), you can click on "Problem finding a trailer" and choose "Trailer is not accessible" to get connected with our dispatch team.
