Problem Picking Up a Loaded Trailer- Drop Stops

⚠ Case 1: Trailer Is Not Here

1️⃣ Go to: Menu > Support > Issues with Pickup/Dropoff > Problem Picking Up a Loaded Trailer > "Trailer is Not Here."
2️⃣ Depending on the situation, you will see:

  • ✅ Alternative Loaded Trailers Available:

    • A list of other loaded trailers on-site will be displayed.

    • For Collections, locate another loaded trailer that contains Bad CHEP Pallets.

  • ❌ No Loaded Trailers on Site:

    • Confirm that no loaded trailers are available.

    • TONU (Truck Order Not Used) will be applied.


⚠ Case 2: Trailer is Partially Loaded

1️⃣ Go to: Menu > Support > Issues with Pickup/Dropoff > Problem Picking Up a Loaded Trailer > "Trailer is Partially Loaded."
2️⃣ You will encounter one of the following situations:

  • ✅ Alternative Loaded Trailers Available:

    • A list of other loaded trailers on-site will be displayed.

    • If you find another trailer that is at least 50% loaded, proceed with scanning and taking the trailer.

  • ❌ No Alternative Trailers at Least 50% Loaded:

    • If no trailers meet the 50% loaded requirement, confirm the situation.

    • TONU (Truck Order Not Used) will be applied.

  • ❌ No Loaded Trailers on Site:

    • Confirm the load status of the assigned trailer:

      • Completely EmptyTONU applied

      • 25% LoadedTONU applied

      • 50% LoadedProceed with scanning & taking the trailer

      • 75% LoadedProceed with scanning & taking the trailer

      • Fully LoadedProceed with scanning & taking the trailer


⚠ Case 3: Trailer at Dock but Not Finished Loading

1️⃣ Go to: Menu > Support > Issues with Pickup/Dropoff > Problem Picking Up a Loaded Trailer > "Trailer at Dock but Not Finished Loading."
2️⃣ You will encounter one of the following:

  • ✅ Alternative Loaded Trailers Available:

    • A list of other loaded trailers on-site will be displayed.

    • For Collections, if another trailer is already loaded, proceed with scanning & taking the trailer.

  • ❌ No Loaded Trailers on Site:

    • Ask the facility for an estimated loading time:

      • Less than 1 hour → Wait until the trailer is loaded.

      • 1 to 2 hours → Depending on the criticality of the load, you may either wait or have the load reassigned.

      • 2 hours or moreTONU (Truck Order Not Used) will be applied.


⚠ Case 4: Trailer Isn’t Accessible

1️⃣ Go to: Menu > Support > Issues with Pickup/Dropoff > Problem Picking Up a Loaded Trailer > "Trailer Isn’t Accessible."
2️⃣ Follow these steps based on the situation:

  • If a yard jockey or yard hostler is available, request assistance.

  • If they cannot assist, confirm "No", and TONU will be applied.

  • If no yard jockey or yard hostler is present, a TONU will automatically be applied.


⚠ Case 5: Trailer is Damaged

1️⃣ If the trailer is damaged or requires maintenance:

  • Create a maintenance ticket in the Trailer Dashboard.

  • Scan the QR Code and submit the ticket.

  • Once submitted, tap "Back" to return to the original ticket.
    2️⃣ Answer: “Can this trailer still be loaded, unloaded, and moved safely?”

  • ✅ Yes: Proceed with taking the trailer.

  • ❌ No:

    • Alternative Loaded Trailers Available:

      • A list of available loaded trailers will be displayed.

      • For Collections, select another loaded trailer and scan it.

    • No Additional Loaded Trailers on Site:

      • TONU (Truck Order Not Used) fee will be applied.
