πŸ“… Booking a Shift

1️⃣ Go to the Schedule Tab in the 5F OTR Mobile App
2️⃣ On the top right corner, you will have the option to "Book a Shift".


🚫 If You Are Not Enabled to Book a Shift

You may be unable to book a hitch due to one of the following reasons:

  • ❌ Not set up as a dedicated driver: Submit a request for your preferred region.

  • πŸŽ“ Incomplete 5F CPG Certification: Ensure you've watched all training videos and completed quizzes. Go to: Menu > Support > Rewards > Training Videos.

  • ⏳ On Probation: You may not be eligible until probation is complete.


πŸ•’ If Your Preferred Days/Times Are Unavailable

  • πŸ”’ Shift slots are limited based on driver demand and load volume to ensure all drivers have enough loads.

  • πŸ“ž Contact your Regional Area Manager for assistance with being added to a hitch.
