Noticed points or DAB deducted for declining a load?

Follow these 3 rules to keep your points and DAB safe.

1. Check Your Hours

Make sure your shift hours on the app are correct. Our app assigns you loads based on your remaining hours on the app. If you're out of hours, update the remaining hours on the app to zero. Remember, if you work less than 10 hours, you will not get your DAB.

If your shift hours are updated and we give you a load that you don't think you can complete, please accept the load as our system believes you can do it. Once you start the load, if you find you can’t complete it, you can end your shift, and you will be removed from the load.

2. Confirm Shift

If you don't or can't run the following day, make sure not to confirm tomorrow's shift by clicking "No" when asked in the app.

If you mistakenly confirmed, set your hours to zero when your shift starts.

3. Start On Time

Begin your shift on time. We send you your first load based on the start time that you picked when booking the hitch.

If you decline a load due to late starts, you will not get your DAB for the day.

Reminder: Accept Loads Promptly

You have 30 minutes to accept a load after it’s given to you. Failing to accept within this timeframe will result in the load being taken off and could lead to points and DAB deductions.
