Welcome to the Centaur Cloud. This guide will help start your first monitoring process immediately. This means that you have already an assembled gateway and sensors communicating with your platform. If not, see how to assemble your gateway here, how to activate your sensors here, and how to get your sensors' readings here.
Upon your successful login on the platform, you will see the main Dashboard of Centaur Cloud Platform. On this dashboard, you may see your navigation menus and the most important information related to your assets and going tasks.
In order to start a monitoring process immediately follow the next steps:
Step 1: Click on "Start Monitoring" button. A pop-up wizard will appear.
Step 2: Select the asset (storage facility) you wish to install the sensors and monitor (through a drop-down menu). If you have no asset created yet, you may choose to create a new one very quickly just by clicking "create new" and giving a name for the asset*.
Step 3: Select the gateway you would like to choose for this monitoring process from a drop-down menu as well.
Step 4: Click the Start button to fire your first monitoring process.
You will be redirected inside the specific process waiting for the reading from the sensors you have already chosen for this gateway.
*Later you can edit and/or add the important information (dimensions, position, stored product, and quantity, etc) related to the asset following this guide.
