Every notification type 86 Repairs sends is listed in your notification preferences.

For example, Sarah Beth is set up to receive the New Request notification via Push:
💡 TIP: Not sure what the notification is for? Hover over the question mark next to the notification's name to see when the notification will be sent.
Standard Settings
Standard Settings allow you to batch update when you'll receive notifications. You can select what locations and what request priorities you'll be notified about.
You can also opt to only receive notifications when YOU are the requester.
To do so, just click the toggle next to "When The Requester" to opt in.
Customizing Individual Notifications
The Settings column defaults to "Standard" settings across all notification types. This can be adjusted by clicking the drop down and selecting "Customized."
From there, you'll be able to choose which locations and priorities you receive that specific notification for, or if you want to only receive the notification if you're the requester.
In this example, Sarah Beth will receive the Preferred Vendor Declined Dispatch notification only when she's the requester:
Save your changes
Scroll to the bottom of the notification preferences and click the teal "Save" button to set your changes live.
Recommendations
Only choose one method of communication per notification
Receiving the same update across email, text, and push notification can be overwhelming. Select the communication method that works best for you.
Be consistent with your communication method
It can get confusing to receive some updates via text and others via email. Select the communication method that will allow you to take the quickest actions and be informed without changing your workflow.
