What is Unit Analysis?
Unit Analysis is a one-stop place where you can get all possible information on a single residential unit. Data includes property details like district, built year, tenure, sale and rent X-Value, historical transactions, home report, sale and rental listings, floor plans, site plan, and neighbouring property transactions. It can be found on both 99.co app & web.
How to use and Where can I find Unit Analysis?
On the 99.co webpage;
Log in to your 99.co account on the website
Move your mouse to Agent Tools
Click on Unit Analysis
Fill in all the basic information of the property
Once done, proceed to click on Generate analysis
On the 99.co mobile app;
Log in to your 99.co agent account on the 99.co mobile app
On the bottom left of the screen, tap on Home
Under Agent Tools, select Unit Analysis
Enter the address or postal code of the property in the bar
Select the correct address from the list of options
Enter/select all the basic information of the property
Lastly, click on Generate Analysis
And that's it! :)
