What is refresh?

Refresh is a feature where it helps agents to maintain the validity of their listings. When their listing is being refreshed, it will be pushed up to the first few pages of search results.

Refreshing of a regular listing would require the following number of credits:

Regular Sales listing: 5 credits (each refresh)
Regular Rent listing: 3 credits (each refresh)

Where to find your credits (via the 99.co app)?

Login to your agent account via the 99.co app
Tap on 'Account' shown at the bottom of the screen
Credit balance is shown under 'Credit Wallet'

Note: You may also view your credits usage history by tapping on 'See Spend'

You can view the credits transactions history to keep track on which listings were refreshed and how many credits were used

Where to find your credits (via 99.co website)?

Login to your agent account via the web.
Mouse over to your profile icon on the top right corner and tap on 'Agent Home'
Credit balance is shown under 'Credit Wallet' column

Scroll down the page, and you will see your credits transaction history

How to refresh listings using credits (via 99.co app)?

Tap on 'Listings', at the bottom of your screen
You may tap on the 'Refresh 99.co and SRX for 10 credits' option, if you are refreshing the listing for both portals (99.co and SRX)

To refresh on 99.co only, tap on the small arrow beside it, and select 'Refresh on 99 (5 credits)' only

How to refresh listings using credits (via 99.co website)?

Once logged in, go to your profile photo and select Listed properties
On the listing dashboard, click on 'Refresh 99.co & SRX for 10 credits'
or
Select 'Refresh 99.co for 5 credits'

How to promote your listings (via the 99.co app)?
