Steps on how to create a Must See listing via the 99.co web.
You may either tap on 'List Property' on the top right corner of the page and select 'Create Residential listing'
Or you may tap on 'Create Listing' and select 'Create Residential listing' in your listing dashboard page
This will bring you to the listing creation page, where you may start creating a listing as usual, once done at the end of the page, you may toggle on - 'Must See - Verified' and tap on 'Submit for Approval'
A small window will pop up and you will be asked to select '1 week' or 'Recurring' (please select either one), tick the Must See Terms of Sale and then lastly 'Submit for Approval'
*Do note, once submitted, the listing will be published as a Regular listing first till the team has reviewed the listing and approved it as a Must See listing.
