99 Smart Video allows agents to easily add property videos to their repertoire of client services.
With 99 Smart Video, all they need to do is to upload a raw video into the tool and it will automatically generate a finished video with captions, voice narration, and background music, all within 4 clicks!

Where can I use/find 99 Smart Video?
99 Smart Video tool is available when creating regular residential listings via the 99.co app.
Why cannot find the 99 Smart Video option on the 99.co website?
The 99 Smart Video is currently only available on the 99.co app

On which subscriptions tier can agent create 99 Smart Video?
All of our paid subscribed agents will be able to create the 99 Smart Video.
Can free/super trial account agents create 99 Smart Video?
No. Currently, only paid subscribed agents are able to create the 99 Smart Video.
What video format is supported?
In general, .mov and .mp4 video formats are supported.
When will the font and thumbnail selection be available for 99 Smart Video?
As we are still in the BETA stage, no exact timeline for this as of now
Which social sharing platform will it be made available for?
FaceBook, Instagram, Tik Tok and Youtube
I have selected my video from Gallery, however, I'm unable to proceed with the 99 Smart Video creation. Why?
Check if the video length is shorter than 30 sec or more than 3 mins.
Can I select all of the key features?
Yes you can, however we highly suggest to select the relevant key features to ensure the script generated is highly relevant to the video content
How come the AI voice/background music I’ve selected was not applied onto the video?
Do ensure to tap on Done, once the AI voice/music is selected
Can I download the video after I create?
Not at the moment.
Can I create more than 1 99 Smart Video for the same listing?
There can only be 1 99 Smart Video for one listing
How will viewers know my listing has the 99 Smart Video tour?
All listings that were created using the 99 Smart Video, will come with the 99 Video Tour tag on their listings; on search results, listing detail page as well as agent’s listing dashboard
Are the background music copyright free?
The background music has been sub-licensed to 99 Group. The background music hence, is available for 99 Group subscribers to use while creating 99 Smart Video only. More information can be found on the Terms of Sale
With reference to the above, and for the avoidance of doubt, video productions may only be uploaded to social media and video sharing platforms such as YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Twitch, Tik Tok or Vimeo.
These videos should not be used/posted on paid commercials and advertisements via any platform, including the above.
Will the 99 Smart Video sync to SRX/iProperty?
Not at the moment
Will the 99 Smart Video be made available to create on SRX/iProperty in the future?
To be confirmed
Can I upload the 99 Smart Video from my phone's gallery onto my SRX/iProperty listing?
No, as SRX and iProperty currently only supports YouTube link.
You do however can copy the link from your YouTube account and to do the following;
Change youtu.be to youtube.com
Add “watch?v=” right after
If your link is starting with www.youtube.com/shorts/examplelink, then all you need to do is to edit it to www.youtube.com/watch?v=examplelink

How to Create a 99 Smart Video on the 99.co mobile app?
Steps:
Log in to your 99.co agent account on the 99.co mobile app
Tap on Create listing
Select Create Residential listing
Select Create Regular listing
Enter the project name, and select from the list
Select the listing type, configurations, as well as the price
Tap on the Smart Description to get an auto generated description
Under add Key Features, select the key features of the property
Once done, read through the description to ensure all is good, and tap on Done
Proceed to upload the listing photos
Tap on the Smart Video banner
Select the raw video from your photo gallery/library
You can select as many raw video, as long as the video length is min 30 sec/max 3 mins
Once selected, tap on the Create smart video button
Check/Add key features, and proceed to Next
The 99 Smart Video feature is still in its BETA stage, hence, the thumbnail, as well as the font style are not available at the moment
Tap on the Voice Over, select 1 AI voice from the options
Tap Done to apply
Tap on Music, select 1 background music from the options
Tap on Done to apply
Tap on the Play button to check that the AI voice, and the Background Music are working
Proceed to select Add to listing
How to share to YouTube?
Steps:
The 99 Smart Video should start to load, you can tap on the button for Also post video to YouTube
A permission prompt should appear, select Continue
Select your Gmail account which was already registered on YouTube
Once done, your YouTube and Gmail account should reflect
How to share to social media platforms?
Steps:
Select either one of the social media platform to share the 99 smart video to - TikTok, FaceBook, Instagram
Do note that It is free to share for a limited time only, hence do encourage agents to share to their social media

Once you have selected share to TikTok, you will be redirected to your personal TikTok page
You can further edit the video on TikTok

Once you have selected share to IG, you will be able to select share to your IG's Story/Feed
Example - Share to FaceBook
You can select share to your FaceBook Feed/Groups/Story
Once selected, you should be redirected to your FaceBook page
