Aura is integrated as a Kochava network partner to receive postbacks in real-time. Once the setup is complete, we will receive attribution and post-install event data through automated postbacks.
The setup incorporates two major steps:
Creating tracking URLs
Enabling automated postback for install and in-app events
Create Tracker URLs
To start your campaign setup, you first need to create a tracker URL, and share it with your Aura account manager.
To create the tracker URL, follow these steps:
Select the app in your Kochava dashboard
Select LINKS > Campaign Manager
Click ‘Add a Tracker’ or elect Segment Tools (⋮) > ‘Add a Tracker’
Create new campaign or segment by clicking ‘click here’; or use an existing campaign and segment
NEW - Complete the campaign details
Enter the Campaign Name
Add the Default Destination URL (Google Play URL)
Add the Segment Name
Existing - Select the campaign and segment
Enter a Tracker Name
Use the default tracker type - Acquisition
Under Media Partner > Select Aura from Unity - Android
Check the box next to ‘SHARE WITH PUBLISHER’
Click ‘Save’
Copy and Share the URLs with your Aura Account Manager

Enabling Automated Postbacks
To enable Kochava’s postbacks with Aura from Unity, follow these steps:
Install Postback
Choose the app and account
Select Apps & Assets > Partner Configuration
Click ‘Add a Configuration’
Under ‘Media Partner’ select Aura from Unity
Click ‘Go’
Install Postback will be configured automatically, however it is required to edit the configuration and add mandatory information
Select Install > Postback Tools (⋮) > Edit
Add the app package name
Make sure the delivery delay is set to ‘Realtime Deliver’
Click ‘Save’
Adding post-install events
Choose the event under ‘Custom Postback’ and click ‘Go’
Set the ‘Event Status’ as ‘Active’
Match it with Aura from Unity integrated event from the list
