How to track my purchase from Amazon or Tik Tok Shop or the carrier

Consult Directly with the Carrier

If you have the provided tracking number, you can enter it on the carrier’s website (e.g., UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc.) to get more detailed information about the status of your package.

By following these steps, you’ll be able to easily track your orders and stay informed about their location and estimated delivery time.

From the Amazon Website

  1. Log In: Go to Amazon.com (or the corresponding domain for your country, such as Amazon.es, Amazon.mx, etc.) and log in to your account.

  2. Access Your Orders:

    • At the top right of the page, hover over “Accounts & Lists” and select “Your Orders” from the drop-down menu.

    • Alternatively, you can click directly on “Returns & Orders” in the top bar.

  3. Select the Order You Want to Track:

    • You’ll find a list of your recent orders. Look for the order you want to track and click the “Track Package” button or the “Track Package” link below the item’s name.

  4. View Shipping Status:

    • You’ll be directed to a page with detailed information about the shipping status, including tracking updates and the package's location.

From the Amazon Mobile App

  1. Open the App: Open the Amazon app on your mobile device and log in if you haven’t already.

  2. Access Your Orders:

    • Tap the menu icon (three horizontal lines) in the top left corner to open the menu.

    • Select “Your Orders” or “My Orders” from the menu.

  3. Select the Order You Want to Track:

    • Find the order you want to track and tap on it.

    • Tap the “Track Package” button to view the shipping details.

Notifications and Updates

  • Email: Amazon usually sends emails with updates on your order status, including tracking numbers and links to the tracking page.

From TikTok Shop

  1. Open the TikTok App:

    • Look for and tap the “Shopping” or “Orders” icon. This will take you to a list of your recent purchases and pending orders.

  4. Select the Order You Want to Track:

    • Find the specific order you want to track and tap it to view the order details.

  5. Check the Shipping Status:

    • On the order details screen, you should see information about the shipping status. There might be a link or tracking number provided by the seller.

  6. Use the Tracking Number:

    • If the order has a tracking number, tap on it or copy it. Then, use this number on the carrier’s website (e.g., UPS, FedEx, DHL) to get updated information about the shipping status.

    • Alternatively, TikTok Shop sometimes provides a direct link to track the package. Tap it if available.

  7. Consult Customer Service:

    • If you can’t find tracking information in the app or have trouble tracking your order, you can contact TikTok Shop’s customer service.

  8. Check Notifications:

    • TikTok Shop sometimes sends notifications about the shipping status, so check your app notifications for updates on your order.

Additional Tips

  • Shipping Time: Keep in mind that processing and shipping times may vary depending on your location. Make sure to review the estimated delivery time provided at the time of purchase.

  • Status Updates: Tracking information may not update in real-time, so there could be a delay between shipping and visible updates in the app.
