What to do if you received a damaged package?

You should always return the product or file a claim using the same method you used to purchase it. That is, if you bought the product through Amazon or TikTok Shop, you should process the return through those platforms. If you purchased it directly from our website, please follow the steps below.

Autosky

  1. Inspect the Package Immediately

    • Check the package as soon as you receive it. Take photos of the damaged packaging and the product in its current state, as these images may be useful for the claim.

  2. Contact Our Customer Service

    • Report the issue as soon as possible by selecting the "File a Claim" option.

    • Go to “I Have a Problem with My Purchase” > “Returns and Exchanges” >

    • Include your order number, a description of the damage, and the photos of the package and the product.

  3. Wait for the Team’s Response

    • Our team will assess the damage and provide instructions on how to proceed.

    • Depending on the situation, we will offer a replacement or a refund.

  4. Follow the Team’s Instructions

    • Follow the instructions provided to return the damaged product if necessary.

    • In some cases, we may send you a return label and request that you send the item back for a more detailed inspection.

  5. Resolution

    • Receive the replacement or refund as agreed.

    • Once we confirm receipt of the damaged item, we will process the replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

Amazon

  1. Inspect the Package Immediately

    • Check the package as soon as you receive it. Take clear photos of the packaging and the damaged product.

  2. Log In to Your Amazon Account

    • Access your Amazon account and go to the "Your Orders" section.

    • Find the order corresponding to the damaged product.

  3. Report the Issue

    • Select the option that best describes the issue, such as "Damaged Product," and follow the on-screen instructions.

    • Attach the photos of the damage if possible.

  4. Choose a Resolution

    • Choose between a replacement or a refund according to your preference.

    • Amazon generally processes an immediate replacement or refund once the damage is confirmed.

  5. Follow Amazon’s Return Instructions

TikTok Shop

  4. Wait for Support’s Response

    • The TikTok Shop support team will provide specific instructions.

    • Depending on the case, they may offer a replacement, a refund, or ask you to return the damaged product.

  5. Follow TikTok Shop’s Instructions

    • Return the product if necessary, following the instructions and using the return label provided by TikTok Shop.

  6. Resolution

    • Receive the replacement or refund once the process is completed.
