Warranty Coverage
Promaster Electronic guarantees the proper functioning of the product listed on the sales invoice for a period of six (6) months, or as specified by the manufacturer's warranty, starting from the delivery date. To maintain the validity of this warranty, the product must be used and maintained according to the manufacturer’s instructions provided in the user manual.30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy starting from the delivery date. To be eligible, the product must be in good condition, with all accessories and in its original packaging, and include the receipt or proof of purchase. Returns must be processed through our customer service team by emailing customerservice@promasterelectronic.com or via our support chat under “I have an issue with my purchase.”For returns not due to defects, damage, or errors on our part (e.g., dissatisfaction after testing), a restocking fee of $35-$50 will be deducted from the refund.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.
Items returned more than 15 days after delivery will incur a $35-$50 restocking fee.
Returns for non-quality issues are subject to approval by our team. Due to the complexity of international shipping, please verify product information carefully before ordering.
Damages and Issues

Accuracy of Shipping Information
Promaster Electronic is not responsible for delays, misdeliveries, or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer. It is your responsibility to carefully verify all details, including street address, zip code, and contact information, before completing your purchase. Errors in shipping information may result in delays, additional costs, or failed deliveries. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, you will be responsible for a $15 handling fee plus additional shipping costs to resend the item to the correct address.
