1. Warranty Coverage
Promaster Electronic guarantees the proper functioning of the product listed on the sales invoice for a period of six (6) months, or as specified by the manufacturer's warranty, starting from the purchase date. To maintain the validity of this warranty, the product must be used and maintained according to the manufacturer's instructions provided in the user manual.
2. Trial Period and Returns
Our products include a 30-day trial period from the purchase date. Within this timeframe, customers may return the product at no additional cost if unsatisfied. Returns must be processed through the corresponding purchase platform, such as the AutoSky website, Amazon, TikTok, etc.
Beyond this period, our technical support team will evaluate each case individually and provide assistance to resolve any issues. If necessary, a product replacement or repair may be offered.
3. Warranty Terms and Conditions
During the warranty period, Promaster Electronic will repair, replace, or exchange the product and its components at no cost to the customer, including labor. To make use of this warranty, customers must contact our technical support team, who will provide instructions on how to proceed.
4. Warranty Exclusions
This warranty will not apply in the following cases:
Alteration or falsification of the warranty documentation.
Use, care, or operation of the product contrary to the manufacturer's instructions.
Damage caused by mishandling, impacts, exposure to moisture or liquids, or improper use.
Modifications or repairs performed by unauthorized individuals.
Natural wear and tear from regular use over time.
Original packaging or box in poor condition.
5. Replacement Guarantee
Within 72 hours of delivery, if the product exhibits manufacturing defects—such as internal cracks, loose cables, or defective packaging—the customer may request a Replacement Guarantee. To do so, they must contact our official technical support team for an inspection. If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, the replacement guarantee will be applied, and the customer will receive a new product.
6. Repairs After the Replacement Period
Following the initial 72-hour window and within the six-month warranty period, any covered issues will be handled through our technical support services. If the diagnosis confirms a manufacturing defect, Promaster Electronic will repair or replace the product at no cost to the customer.
7. Warranty Claim Process
To initiate a warranty claim, customers must contact Promaster Electronic through our customer service channels to register their request. If necessary, customers must ship the product in its original packaging, including all accessories, along with their contact information and a brief description of the issue.
8. Limitation of Liability and Legal Rights
This warranty does not cover indirect losses or damages resulting from misuse of our products. Promaster Electronic is not liable for incidental or consequential damages unless required by law. This warranty provides specific legal rights to the customer, which may vary depending on the state. The warranty begins on the original purchase date, and any repair or replacement periods do not extend or renew the coverage duration.
9. General Warranty Considerations
The warranty is valid from the original delivery date of the product.
Proof of purchase and personal identification are required to make use of the warranty.
The warranty does not cover failures caused by improper use or negligence.
Promaster Electronic reserves the right to conduct an initial diagnosis of the product at our technical service center to determine the validity of the warranty claim.
