How To Create My Transaction pin
Tap “Actions” at the bottom of your app’s homepage
Tap "Settings"
Scroll to Security and tap “Change Pin”
Input transaction pin and confirm
Congratulations! You have successfully changed your transaction pin.
How To Activate Touch/Face ID
Tap “Actions” at the bottom of your app’s homepage
Tap "Settings"
Scroll to Security
Toggle the “Touch/Face ID” button
Congratulations! You have successfully activated Touch/Face ID.
How To Reset My Transaction Pin
To reset your Bitnob transaction pin, please follow the steps below:
Sign in to your Bitnob account
Click on Actions at the bottom of your app’s homepage
Click Settings
Scroll to Security and click on Change Pin
Input your current transaction pin
Input new pin
Or click on Reset it
Confirm Pin
Tap Complete
Congratulations! You have successfully created a new transaction pin.
How To Change My Password
Tap “Actions” at the bottom of your app’s homepage
Tap "Settings"
Scroll to Security and tap “Change Password”
Input your current password
Input new password
Confirm new password
Tap “Save Changes”
