You can reset your password if you’ve forgotten it or if you believe your account may be compromised—for example, if you notice suspicious login activity or no longer have access to your account.
For your security, always choose a strong, unique password and avoid easily guessable options like “1234” or “0000.”
To reset your Bitnob password, please follow the steps below:
Open the Bitnob app
Tap Forgot Password
Input the email address associated with your Bitnob account
Tap Recover Password
Enter the OTP in the link sent to your email address
Tap Verify Code
Enter the new password
Tap Save New Password
Your password has been successfully reset.
PS: For account security, you cannot perform any transaction on the app after changing your password for the duration shared in the email sent to you.
