Release Notes | Week of May 19 | Apricot 8.32.0

Updated yesterday

Overview

This week we released three Apricot Connect enhancements and three high-priority defect fixes for Native Reporting graphs, Program Assignments in Imports, and Attendance Tracker data entry.

Enhancements:

Connect | Archive Participant Type

Connect users can now archive Participant Types, streamlining day-to-day use of portal and direct messaging. This enhancement makes it easier to manage Participants by cleaning up any groups that are no longer in use and enables users to mass-unregister participants for an entire Participant Type. Connect | Participant Type & Direct Message Dashboard

The Direct Message dashboard now shows the Participant Type that a direct message was sent to and indicates if the Participant Type has been archived.

Connect | Default Values

Connect now respects Default Values that are set up within Apricot forms. This improves the level of parity between data collection in Apricot and the Intake/Connect Portal.

Native Reporting | Pie and Doughnut Graphs

Pie and Doughnut graphs now display all labels as expected. Important: Reports that were published while this issue was occurring will need to be republished to update the graphs.

Imports | Program Assignment

Program Assignment no longer fails during the import process, ensuring that imported records are assigned to their intended programs upon completion.

Attendance Tracker | Duplicate Data Entry

Attendance data can no longer be entered while the Terms page is loading. This eliminates the chance of duplicate data being created accidentally, especially when network connection is poor.
