What is Bonterra Central?

Updated today

Bonterra Central is your new home for Apricot resources. It brings your help articles, training, events, product updates, and community forums together in one place — so you spend less time hunting for answers and more time doing the work that matters.

Bonterra Central launches for Apricot users on May 4, 2026. This article gives you a quick look at what's available in Bonterra Central and how to get started.

What's in Bonterra Central

Help Center

Browse help articles and how-to guides for Apricot features and workflows. The Help Center is the starting point for most questions — search from anywhere in Bonterra Central to find what you need.

Bonterra Academy

Access instructor-led training, on-demand video recordings, LMS courses, and certifications all in one place. Whether you're onboarding or going deeper on a feature, Academy has you covered.

Events

View upcoming webinars, coaching sessions, and ask-the-expert events. You can also access recordings of past sessions directly from the events listing.

Product updates

Stay current on the latest Apricot releases and improvements. Product update posts are searchable and accessible right from Bonterra Central.

Community forums

Ask questions, share tips, and connect with other Apricot users. Community forums are coming to Bonterra Central for Apricot on June 1, 2026.

How to access Bonterra Central

Bonterra Central is available to Apricot users starting May 4, 2026 at community.bonterratech.com. How you log in depends on how your organization accesses Apricot.

U.S. users without SSO

If your organization does not use single sign-on (SSO), you'll log in to Bonterra Central using your Bonterra account — the same login introduced with Apricot's new login experience on April 22, 2026.

Non-US users and SSO users

If you're located outside the U.S. or your organization uses SSO, the new Apricot login experience does not affect you yet — you'll continue signing in to Apricot the same way you do today. To access Bonterra Central, you'll create your own credentials using the sign-up option on the home page.

What to know before Bonterra Central launches

  • Update your bookmarks. The Apricot Help Center is moving to Bonterra Central. Once the move is complete, existing Intercom help article links will no longer work. If you've saved or bookmarked any help content, plan to update those links once the new Help Center goes live.

  • One search for everything. Searching in Bonterra Central returns results across help articles, product updates, and more — all in one search.

  • No extra logins for training. If your organization has an Apricot training subscription, your paid training resources and free events will be available directly inside Bonterra Central.

  • SSO users. If your organization uses single sign-on (SSO), your day-to-day login experience won't change. See Apricot's new login experience for details.
