Release Notes | Week of August 11 | Apricot 8.37.0

Updated over a week ago

Overview

This release includes one enhancement to Attendance Tracker and 6 high-priority defect fixes to Intake, Connect, Dynamic Queries, Role-Based Permissions, and Native Reporting.

Enhancement

Attendance Tracker | Delete Session Confirmation

Users are now prompted to confirm they want to delete an Attendance Tracker session when performing this action in order to prevent Classes & Terms data from inadvertently being removed from Apricot.

Fixes

Intake | Allow Other

Required fields with the Allow Other setting enabled are now required to be completed as expected.

Connect Portal | Date Format

When viewing completed forms within the Connect Portal, the form completion date now displays in the same format as selected in Apricot Settings.

Dynamic Queries | Dynamic Values & Wildcards

Dynamic values that are wrapped in wildcards now function as expected, and testing the values on the query page no longer return an error.

Dynamic Queries | Dynamic Values & Numbers

Dynamic values that are numbers will no longer be read as a string instead of a number.

Role-Based Permissions | Permission Sets & Roles

Roles and Permission Sets no longer get tied together when modifying Form Permissions from the Form Designer.

Native Reporting | Custom Expression Performance

We optimized how Apricot treats queries in Custom Expressions for improved performance.
