How do I find draft records in Record Search?

Apricot helps you easily find your saved drafts using search filters and visual indicators.

Step 1: Open Record Search

  1. Navigate to Record Search.

  2. Enter the form or client record name to search for drafts.

Step 2: Identify Drafts

  1. Draft records are clearly color-coded and labeled as Draft.

  2. You can filter your search results to show:

    • Drafts only

    • Completed records only

    • Both Drafts and Completed

Step 3: Access and Edit

  1. Select a draft record to open it.

  2. Continue filling in the form until complete.

  3. When finished, save the record as a completed record.

  • Tier 1 Drafts: Only appear in Record Search, since a Document Folder does not exist until a Tier 1 record is completed.

  • Tier 2 Drafts: Appear in Record Search or within the Document Folder of their associated completed Tier 1 record.
