Editing a customer inside C-Trax Serv on iOS is designed to take seconds.
At the home check-out screen select lookup customer.
Type in the customer's name or phone number to pull up the customer profile.
Once you've selected a customer, you will now see buttons on the profile pane to edit the customer record.
There's also a button at the bottom to add/edit notes.
