Note: C-Trax officially supports the built-in mPOP scanner and Inateck BCST-70 scanner. Other Bluetooth scanners may work with C-Trax, but our ability to provide support assistance for them will be minimal.
Setting up your scanner
Inateck
ensure you follow the operating manual to put the scanner in "Common Mode"
mPOP
ensure the USB plug is plugged into the proper port. You can find manufacturer instructions here.
How to test
Visit your Settings, select POS Hardware and select Check POS Hardware.
Select Barcode Scanner and then scan your product.
If the product is in the system, it will tell you what products match that barcode.
