Verification is a required step to unlock full access to investing on CUSP. The process is quick and fully digital:
Start verification when prompted in the app.
Select your ID document type (Emirates ID, passport, or driving licence).
Scan your ID — front and back, using your phone camera.
Take a clear selfie for identity confirmation.
Review and accept the verification agreements.
Welcome to CUSP. You’ll see a confirmation once verified.
How Long It Takes
Most verifications are approved within minutes.
In some cases, additional review may take 1–2 business days.
You’ll be notified in the app once your verification is complete.
