How to make a manual bank transfer to fund your CUSP account
1. Copy your CUSP transfer details
In your CUSP app:
You’ll find everything you need, including:
Bank name
Bank address
Account name
Account number
Fedwire / ABA / Routing number
Reference number (unique to you — required for tracking your deposit)
💡 Tip: Tap the copy icon next to each field to copy it directly from the app.
2. Fill in your transfer form in your bank’s app
When creating a new transfer in your online banking, enter the following details:
Beneficiary details
Beneficiary name: Alpaca Securities LLC
Bank name: BMO Harris Bank N.A.
Bank address: 111 W. Monroe Street, Chicago, IL 60603, USA
Routing (ABA): 071000288
Account number: 1636877
Reference / Message: FFC CUSP-XXXXXXXXXX
(replace the Xs with your unique reference number as shown in the CUSP app)
Important:
The reference number must be entered exactly as displayed.
If your bank doesn’t accept special characters (like “–”), enter it without the dash — e.g., FFC CUSP123456789.
If your bank form asks for City, Street, or Postal code, use the bank address above.
3. Review and submit your transfer
Before confirming:
Make sure the beneficiary name, account number, and reference number are correct.
Ensure the currency is USD (your bank will show the conversion rate before submitting if funding from another currency).
Review all details, then submit your transfer.
You’ll receive a confirmation from your bank once it’s sent.
4. After sending
Once your bank processes the transfer, your funds will appear in your CUSP account automatically.
Processing times:
New beneficiary setup: May take up to 24 hours.
Funds arrival: Usually 2–3 business days after the transfer is sent.
You’ll receive a confirmation in the CUSP app and by email once your deposit is credited.
5. If your transfer is delayed
If your funds haven’t appeared after three business days, please contact our Support team through the in-app chat.
Include a screenshot of your transfer receipt so the team can verify your transfer details and coordinate with our banking partners to help trace the payment.
6. Important notes
Only send funds from your own bank account — third-party transfers will be rejected.
Send transfers in USD (your bank will convert from AED or another currency if needed).
CUSP doesn’t charge deposit fees, but your bank may apply its own transfer charges.
Always include your reference number — it ensures your deposit is matched correctly.
