What payment methods can I use?

Updated over 3 months ago

You can currently fund your CUSP account through a manual bank transfer.

We’re also working to introduce instant deposits through Open Banking soon — making transfers even faster and easier.

Manual Bank Transfer

You can securely transfer funds directly from your bank account using the details shown in your CUSP app.

How it works

  1. Open the CUSP app and tap Deposit on the Home screen.

  2. You’ll see your unique bank account details and Reference number.

  3. Log in to your personal bank account (online or mobile app).

  4. Add a new beneficiary using the exact details shown.

  5. When making the transfer, enter your Reference number exactly as it appears — this ensures your funds are matched correctly.

  6. Submit your transfer and return to the CUSP app to track its status.

Processing time

  • International transfers (USD): Typically 2–3 business days, depending on your bank.

  • AED transfers: Your bank will automatically convert AED to USD using its own live rate.

Fees

CUSP doesn’t charge deposit fees. However, your bank may apply its own transfer fees or currency conversion charges.
