How do I troubleshoot login problems?

Step-by-step fixes for common CUSP login issues, including OTP, PIN, and biometrics.

Updated over a month ago

We know it’s frustrating when you can’t sign in. Don’t worry most login issues can be fixed quickly by following these steps.

1. Enter your phone number correctly

  • Make sure you enter your number with the +971 UAE code.

  • Double-check for missing digits or typos.

2. Check your OTP code

  • You’ll receive a one-time password (OTP) via SMS.

  • Codes expire quickly so if it doesn’t work, tap Resend code.

Tip: After several failed attempts, you’ll need to restart the login process.

3. Reset your PIN if needed

  • If you forget your PIN or enter it incorrectly too many times, tap Forgot your PIN?

  • You’ll be asked to log in again with your OTP and then set a new PIN.

4. Fix biometric login issues (Face ID / Touch ID)

  • First log in with your PIN.

  • Go to your device settings and re-enable biometrics for CUSP.

  • Check that Face ID/fingerprint works in other apps too.

5. Common error messages

  • “Incorrect PIN” → Reset your PIN by re-signing in.

  • “Code doesn’t match” → Request a new OTP.

  • “Something went wrong” → Close the app, check your internet, and try again.

6. Contact Support from the login screen

If the problem continues, tap the “?” help icon in the top-right corner of the login/OTP screen. This will open Support directly.

When you contact us, include:

  • Your registered phone number or email

  • The error you’re seeing (screenshot helps)

  • Your device type and OS version
