If you need to update your personal details, our support team will help you do it securely.

  1. Open the in-app chat and connect to our customer experience team.

  2. Share the new details you’d like to update.

  3. For your protection, identity re-verification will be required, and you will need to rescan your documents.

  4. Once confirmed, your details will be updated, and you’ll receive a confirmation message.
