You can close your CUSP account at any time. Once closed, your account and personal data will be permanently deleted from our systems in line with our Privacy Policy.
Before You Request Closure
To ensure a smooth and secure process, please make sure that:
All your investments are sold.
Any outstanding debts are cleared.
Remaining funds are withdrawn to your linked bank account.
This helps us close your account without delays.

Once your account is fully cleared:

Let us know you’d like to delete your account and all associated data
Our support team will review your request and mark your account as closed in our system, this is typically completed within 24 hours

Closing your account and deleting your data is permanent and irreversible.

All personal data will be permanently removed.
It won’t be possible to recover your information later.
