How do I use CUSP Insights?

Learn how to use Insights in CUSP to better understand and improve your portfolio.

Updated over 3 months ago

We know it’s not always easy to spot risks or opportunities in your portfolio. That’s why CUSP offers Insights — a smart tool that analyses your holdings and shows where your portfolio is strong and where it might benefit from adjustments.

Where to find CUSP Insights

  • You can access Insights directly from your Portfolio screen in the CUSP app.
Tap Portfolio → Insights, and you’ll see three key sections:
    Valuation, Diversification, Analyst rating,

  • Each section gives you an at-a-glance view of how your portfolio is doing and where there’s room for improvement.

What Insights shows you

Insights gives you four key portfolio checks that help you make more informed investing decisions:

1. Valuation score

  • Highlights whether your portfolio holds overvalued or undervalued assets.

  • Helps you understand if you might be paying too much for certain stocks.

  • Suggests where there could be better-value opportunities.

2. Diversification score

  • Shows how well your portfolio is spread across different sectors, regions, and asset types.

  • Helps you see if you’re too concentrated in one area (e.g., tech or the US market).

  • Recommends adding variety — such as healthcare, industrials, or fixed-income assets — to lower risk and improve balance.

3. Analyst ratings

  • Aggregates insights from top market analysts, combining their Buy, Hold, and Sell ratings for your holdings.

  • Gives you a quick sense of how experts view your portfolio compared to the wider market.

  • Helps you identify assets that might need a closer look if most analysts rate them as Neutral or Sell.

Insights helps you make data-driven decisions instead of emotional ones — spotting hidden risks, rebalancing opportunities, and overall ways to strengthen your long-term performance.
