Overview
Getting started is simple: you tell us the problem, we diagnose what’s causing it, confirm whether we can solve it, then we build and train you on the solution.
1) Identify your problem (you don’t need to be technical)
You can start in either of these ways:
Best case: you already know what you need (package, custom build, or product). This saves time.
Also fine: you only know the symptoms/problem. Just describe what’s happening and what outcome you want.
2) Contact us
Send a message in Intercom (preferred) and tell us:
“I’m facing this problem…”
What you’ve tried (if anything)
What a successful outcome looks like
3) Consultation / diagnosis
We’ll schedule a consultation to:
Identify the real root cause of the problem
Confirm if we can solve it (most of the time we can)
If we can’t solve it, we’ll suggest an alternative approach or point you to a relevant subject-matter expert (if we know one)
4) Plan + outcome confirmation
We’ll explain clearly:
What’s causing the issue
What we need to build/change
What the outcome will be
What information/access we need from you
5) Build + implementation
We implement the solution (automation, integrations, dashboards, agents—depending on your case), test it, and confirm it works.
6) Training + handoff
We train you on how to use it, what to monitor, and how to request changes.
