What if I have a faulty product?

If you believe your product is faulty, please submit a return request through our Returns Portal.

Select “Faulty item” as your return reason and provide a brief description (and photos, if possible) so our team can review it.

Once approved, you’ll receive a prepaid return label at no cost. The faulty item will then be inspected by our product team before a replacement or refund is processed.
