What if I have a skin reaction?

If you’ve experienced a reaction after using one of our products, please complete our Consumer Skin Reaction Claim Form.

Contact our customer support team directly if you experience a reaction, providing the details of your situation. Our team will guide you through the options for exchange or store credit based on your preferences.

This allows our team, together with our Regulatory and Product Development departments, to review your experience in detail and provide the right guidance. Once your claim has been reviewed and approved, we’ll send you a prepaid return label so the product can be returned at no cost to you. Depending on the outcome of the review and whether the product is unopened or opened, available resolutions may include a refund, exchange, or store credit.
