Before players begin registering for your tournament, you're going to want to have the automated registration email in place. This is what will be sent to each player once they register for your tournament.
Access Registration Email Template:
Navigate to PLAYER MANAGER > Registration Email Template.
Customize Email:
Modify the registration email body to include:
Event date
Course location
Contact information for player inquiries
Any additional details (e.g., encouraging players to arrive early for breakfast, listing auction items or prizes)
You can customize as little or as much as you want.

Use Built-in Content Editor:

Utilize the built-in content editor to create a professional template.
Insert 'Available Helpers':
Insert handy 'Available helpers' to auto-populate information such as:
Player name

Tournament date & more!
Save Changes:

Does the player registration email template get sent to all players, even if added through the online store?
Yes, the email automatically gets sent to all players that are registered through the website, the only exception is if you use the 'Register New Player' button to manually add them to the player list.
How can I register a player but avoid sending them the player registration email?
You can enter your own email during the registration process, then update it later under your player list (Player Manager -> All Players).
Can I disable the player registration email for everyone?
If you remove all text from the body of the email, it will not be sent.
