Event Caddy allows you to build custom registration packages to fit your tournament needs. To create one or more registration packages, follow these simple steps:
Navigate to Registration Options:
Select PLAYER MANAGER > Registration Options from the side navigation.
Start Building Your Package:
On the new page that appears, select the New Registration Option button located in the top right-hand corner of the screen.
Choose Package Type:
Use the icons at the top to select the package type you want to create. Based on your selection, the '# of Players' field will update accordingly (e.g., selecting FOURSOME will dynamically change the field to '4' players along with the icon).
Name Your Package:
Enter a name for your package that makes it easy for players to identify (e.g., Single Package or Foursome Package).
Adjust Player Count (if necessary):
Adjust the '# of Players' field to the desired number of players if not previously set.
Set the Package Cost:
Enter the cost for your package.

Offer Special Rates:
If you want to offer a special rate to select players, select the option Do not show this package on website. Will use custom link to send privately to prospective players.

Mandatory Email Address (if applicable):
If your package includes more than one player, you can make email addresses mandatory for all players by selecting Set email as a mandatory input for all players.
Note: Purchasers can still choose 'Guest Player', which will not gather email or phone numbers. Name and email are always required for the first player.
Add a Package Description:
Use the content editor to add a description so players know exactly what the package includes. You can be as brief or as detailed as you like, with a limit of 2,000 characters (e.g., "This package includes golf for 4 players, as well as breakfast and lunch").
Save Your Package:
Once you're happy with your package, select the Create Registration Package button to save it.
Repeat:
Repeat steps 2 through 10 for each additional package you want to create such as a single, twosome and foursome.
NOTE: All packages created using this tool must include players. If you're looking to sell sponsorships, mulligans, raffle tickets and more you'll need to setup an Online Store which is included in our PRO upgrade. Online Store products do not have to include players, but can if needed.
