New Feature Alert! You can now bulk upload players into your tournament with the Player List Import feature. This is a great option if you’ve been manually adding players and want to organize or update them more efficiently.

📍 Where to Find It

Navigate to:
Player Management → Player Listing

At the top right, you’ll see the option to:

Upload Player List (.csv)

Choose FileImport

📋 Mapping Player Fields

Once your file is uploaded, you’ll be prompted to map the CSV columns to the player fields:

  • First Name (required)

  • Last Name (required)

  • Email (optional)

  • Phone Number (optional)

  • Group Name (optional, but useful for organizing players into teams or foursomes)

Click Import Players once your mapping is complete.

🛠 Tip: Grouping Manually Added Players

If you’ve already added some players manually and want to group or update them in bulk:

  1. Click Export to CSV at the top right of the Player Listing page.

  2. Open the CSV and:

    • Use the Registered By column or

    • Add a new column like Group Name to organize your players into teams.

  3. (Optional) Delete those players from the current list.

  4. Use the Upload Player List option to re-import them with their group data.

This allows you to keep them categorized as "manually added" players — now organized for easier tracking and management.

✅ Best Practices

  • Make sure your CSV file is clean:

    • No blank rows

    • Clear headers

    • Consistent formatting

  • Use consistent Group Name labels (e.g., Team A, Smith Family)

  • To avoid duplicates, export, edit, and re-import carefully
